For the fourth year in a row, The New Standard has been recognized by Training Industry, Inc. as a Leadership Training Watch List company.
This recognition reflects the work we do every day: engaging with leaders as they wrestle with real challenges, ask questions that push their thinking, and decide on the steps that actually make a difference for their teams and organizations.
What the Watch List Reflects
Training Industry highlights providers who are creating meaningful leadership experiences with programs that make a difference in how leaders show up and what teams actually experience. For The New Standard, that means thoughtful conversations, exercises rooted in reality, and guidance that meets people where they are, not where a template says they should be.
Our approach is simple: we design programs that help leaders pause long enough to notice what’s happening around them, consider their options, and make decisions they can feel confident about. That could look like testing a new way to collaborate across departments, learning how to have a tough conversation without it spiraling, or reflecting on how their team is actually experiencing their leadership.
Why This Recognition Matters
The world of work can be messy. Teams are spread across locations and time zones, priorities shift, and leaders often have to make decisions with incomplete information. Programs that simply provide tools or checklists aren’t enough. Leaders need experiences that give them space to think, practice, and come back ready to handle the moments that truly matter.
Being named to the Watch List four years in a row tells us something important: the work our team is doing matters, and the leaders we work with are applying it in ways that make a difference.
Looking Ahead
As we move into 2026, our focus remains the same. We’ll continue designing experiences that give leaders room to explore, reflect, and act in a way that feels human and grounded. The recognition is nice, but the real reward is seeing leaders show up differently, in ways their teams notice and appreciate.
We’re proud of our team, grateful to our clients, and energized to keep raising the standard in leadership development one conversation at a time.
