Jordan was a marketing director at a global entertainment company and a participant in our Accelerate program. Hard-working and well-liked by colleagues, Jordan had built strong relationships at work. But their 360 assessment revealed a tendency to hold back in meetings with senior leadership. Through coaching, Jordan gained awareness of the self-limiting beliefs that were impacting their presence. With guidance, they began challenging those beliefs and set a goal to contribute multiple times in every meeting—regardless of who was in the room. The result?
